Very Bad Service

On Tuesday 15 October 2013 my alarm went of at 2 in the morning. After waiting 5 minutes I called the control centre to find out what was going on? (they are supposed to call me?) Their response was their phones dipped coming on and off (what ever that means???) It turns out that there is a zone faulty.

After speaking to the manager (Elizabeth) I requested they look into the mater and send technicians to come fix the zone. The following day I called again because nobody came back to me. She (Elizabeth) again said she would get somebody to help me and call me back to organize a time. She keeps asking me if there is somebody there during the day. I keep responding NO I'm home from 4:30!! (If there was somebody home every day why would I need an alarm???)

After a week of calling every day and every day getting the response they will get somebody I responded and asked why can't you come see me at 4:30. Her response is it's difficult... I asked why is it difficult? She said she can't explain?

A week later and still my alarm system is faulty.

There is something very fishy going on at Romans. I think they don't have the manpower to give the service we pay for...
