Lack of service poor installation

I paid this company Mia Securtity services for supply and installation of the cctv camera systems. The guy answer all the queries and calls promptly, after a month i tried contacting him about a faulty camera, it was virtually impossible to get hold of him, left messages, sent emails, eventually after about 10 attaempts got hold of him, he then came in and collected the camera, he said it was going to be tested and he would get back to me on the 10 October 2013, its now 21 October no feedback, sent emails, tried calling, sent sms, NO ANSWER. i am currently doing some alterations on my home and guess what the building inspector went up onto the roof, there are cables just hanging, exposed to rain and sun light. i am really shocked that this contractor could be so prompt to get the bussiness but now that the installation is not sound he justs avoids the customer. is this what i paid R12, 500 for???
