Groupon SA is BAD

I bought 3 vouchers for Speedo under water camera's October 2012. I received the first one only 2 months later after complaining via email numerous times. Then the second one arrived 2 weeks after that, AGAIN only after complaining numerous times. The first camera opend is faulty and does not charge. Complaining has not helped in having it collected or refunded to me. Not to mention that camera number 3 has still now 6 months later not arrived yet. I have sent them demand emails, sent them warning emails from a legal representative. Out of principal I will no matter what the bargain, EVER use Groupon again. Trust me I am out of R 2 400 and want my refund. Who knows when or if ever I would get it back. STAY AWAY FROM GROUPON WHEN IT IS A DELIVERY ITEM!
