Via a referral and Gumtree we found an Ad for the installation of Vibracrete Walls - Vibracete City
The first job went off without a hitch. When it came to the second installation deposit paid 31 July. It has been 5 weeks and still no installation.
Endless string of excuses as to why the job had to be delayed, everything from supplier problems, contractor doing work out of town, employee issues, you name it we've heard it!
Eventually the day comes for the installation as confirmed, material gets loaded off and we don't hear or see from Donovan for the day! They do not answer telephone calls, reply to messages and to top things off they screen their calls. Miraculously they do however reply to emails and we have demanded our money back.
I would stay well clear from Vibracrete City Cape Town- that is if you are looking for a contractor to treat you with respect as the client and not a string of endless excuses.
Thier motto online: " WE HAVE MADE A NEW RESOLUTION... to serve you even quicker, build even better and to continue using only the best materials" - Couldnt be further from the truth!
