I contacted Tracker to find out what the procedure is for removing the device out of my car after selling it, i was told it would cost over R1000 to continue with my current policy on my new car, I asked what the procedure would be if I choose not to continue with the policy and the contact person added that i agreed to a 36 months contract which is in fact a false claim. When i took their policy i was never informed of this and i was then forwarded to Supervisor who said she would call me the next day to assist me with my query but she has not! Why would i pay over a R1000 to continue with a policy and still have to pay the monthly premium?! I have been with tracker for almost 2 years and spoken to them plenty of times and this 36 months nonsense was never mentioned nor have I received any documents mentioning this! I would have never taken this policy have i known that it would be for 3 years, it is unethical for a service provider to conceal information from a customer! I now know why call centre agents never contact customers back they learn this behaviour from the very same Supervisor who said she would call but never did. I am so disgusted by the service or lack there of!
