Netstar accounts an utter joke!

Monthly invoice has not been correct since July 2013! A nightmare to actually speak to anyone that can help. Emails take 3 weeks and lots of moaning to get a reply to. SO FRUSTRATING. Seriously considering taking the system out of all 3 cars and going to Tracker! Had a phone call from the area manager who apologised profusely and said she'd phone me back once she'd had a look at the account. That was 3 weeks ago and even SHE hasnt phoned me back. I dont think Netstar actually exists. I think they are simply a call centre that collects our money. A rip off and I am bloomin' furious with bad service. Enough!
