UNBELIEVABLE

I am stunned. Firstly, thank goodness my contract with ADT has been cancelled, but the way this has been handled has been shocking. I received a msg from Carlos (apparently some kind of manager). This man has NO manners, he made no apology for the shocking incident where my dog was injured and my property damaged, instead he was hostile & aggressive & did nothing but make excuses as to why my complaint hasn't been dealt with over a week after I lodged it. Disgusting. He also accused me of lying about an incident which I had reported & he only later found out it HAD been reported but not escalated. This makes me sick!!!
THEN, to add insult to injury, my MOTHER, who lives in an entirely different suburb to me gets a call from ADT security (Bongansani) this morning and they advised that they have cancelled HER contract, because they had the wrong person!!! SHOCKING!!! I cannot even begin to express my disgust - I am yet to hear a single apology that even comes close to sincere from ADT or any assurance that anything is being done to discipline the guard that damaged my property!!! I am astounded that anyone in a service delivery related industry can afford to behave this way!
