Feedback after installing Tracker to my vehicle

I phoned outsurance to find out what my discount will be if I installed a Tracker system to my vehicle. After I installed the tracker system and informed Outsurance about it with proof that the tracker was installed (Tracker Certificate), I did not receive the discount that was promised to me. I was given a reference number and said Outsurance will call me back. It did not happen. When I called outsurance I was put thought to Ryan van der Merwe, he addressed the situation very professionally and had a look at my portfolio and gave me a better deal.
Thank you Ryan for the very polite and professional service you gave me, much appreciated. You are definitely an asset to Outsurance.
