Clearvu Invisible Wall - Incorrect and Late

I ordered number of panels and gates for a residential perimeter wall. Cochrane indicated a 4 - 6 week delivery timeframe. After 7 weeks, they delivered some of the panels, one completely incorrectly manufactured (and they took the measurements themselves) and all of the gates missing. They do not provide regular updates as promised and have again postponed their delivery date. In the meanwhile it is costing me R500 per night for armed security to patrol as a direct result of Cochrane's inability to keep to their own commitments.
