So today, I followed up on a call that I placed on 03/09/2013 already regarding a cancellation of the service in August 2013. At the time of cancellation, I was advised that the service would be cancelled on 28/08/2013 yet I was still charged on 01/09/2013.

I light of the bad history with this company and paying for a total of 12 months for units that weren't working at all, I don't think that it's unwarranted calling for a refund of one month in which I legitimately cancelled the service. If Tracker won't budge though, I can always go into the history of where I paid for units that weren't working at all and then demand a refund for those times when I was paying for a non-existant service.
