I had a tracker device installed on my car that I traded in and because the new vehicle had a tracker installed called tracker and they told me that the other device would be deactivated and the new device activated in my name and was told that I would no longer pay for the other device. They have billed me for 2 cars for the month of October and when I called in was told that I have two cars registered with them, even when I cancelled the other account with them 5 times from the 19/09/2013. I was told that I have to go through the cancellation again and that I a liable for the amount on the other device when this was not highlighted when I did the cancellation on the 19th of September 2013. The service that was rendered to me is disgusting and I shouldn't be held accountable for someone failing to do their jobs. I want my money back and do not care for their incompetence. Makes me wonder what will happen should I report my car, will they tell me after 3 days that I failed to report it. Customers shouldn't be held accountable for incompetence and lack of proper training forwarded to their employees regarding dealing with such matters. I want my money back!
