Poor service

On the 10/09/13 I have applied for alarm sytem through consultent, he told us that they will come and installed the alarm on the 18 I phoned him to find out he told me that they will come monday 23, I did happened I phoned head office sandton yesterday, the lady who was checking for me she told me that the alarm was suppose to be installed on the 19 according the sytem but iwas suprised that I was not informed or any apology about the delay, today I phoned again enquiring about the installation, spending my airtime, I was told that techician will come on 2nd. But I am worried becasue its like they can't keep promise, if I did make effort to phone and find out because its been too long from 10 - 26 /09 withouth any explainatio or phone call informing me that they will come on which date, the service I have received from adt head office gauteng its so poo
