We purchased two Trellidor sliding security gates in April 2012. Recently, one of these gates developed a problem whereby the locking mechanism became difficult to operate properly. Then, suddenly, the lock became virtually jammed.
I made contact with Trellidor on Tuesday,! 5 January and an an appointment was setup whereby a technican was due to call at 14h00 the following day.
True to their word, the expert arrived on the dot of 14h00, and (according to my domestic worker, I was at work myself at the time) proceeded to remedy the fault in double-quick time.
Congratulations Trellidor, your after-sales service sets an example other companies would do well to emulate.
