Chubb
Still a client despite terminating service in 2002

I terminated 2 contracts with chubb at the same time and with the same letter in 2002 and much to my disgust found that they are still billing me for one of the contracts even though they removed the radio device.

I have spoken to numerous people at the chubb head office with no luck. The want proof that I terminated the contract and after sending them a copy of the letter they tell me they never received it??? if that is so why did they remove the radio and exactly what "signal" have they been monitoring since 2002???

Please assist me as what they have done has cost me a fortune.
