Blatantly ignored!

My husband & I visited Mr. Auto this past Saturday to have a Tracker installed into my vehicle. When we got there, there were no formal greetings, just 'Are you here for the Tracker? ' & then the guy walked away with the other customer he was dealing with. When he did come to us, my husband introduced himself but the guy didn't bother to give us his name. We were told to wait inside... Went inside and had no idea where to go as there was nothing that looked like a suitable waiting area and there was noone inside to help at all. We found two chairs & sat in what we could only assume was a reception. The installation takes about an hour. You would think, that if you making a customer wait that long, at least have a proper waiting area that goes beyond plastic chairs in a cold office. We were not spoken to, not given any magazines to read and not offered anything to drink. A guy came in, chatted to the 'receptionist' and she offered him coffee in front of us! They went off, came back with their mugs and had a jolly good conversation whilst sipping in front of us! How rude! Unacceptable and shocking service from a Tracker FItment Centre. I couldn't wait to get out of there!
