I refer to my complaint dated 21 Jan 2013. ADT response is a disgrace to say the least! The person who phoned me just wanted to talk about the payment options; where is Paul! an employee of ADT who was at my house and told me I paid ADT over the last couple of months while my security system was not working. This dispute has not been resolved and they went ahead to deduct R2099 from my account (this will be reversed with immediate effect, I told the complaints agent who phoned me I want to speak to a senior manager, a week ago, nobody called; as usual as per my past experiences, ADT do not care about customer services, On Monday I will contact the ombudsman for security services, this pathetic service is not acceptable!
