Terrible After Service

I have been overcharged for the past year which the amounts automatically come off debit order. I only picked this up recently as i am a busy person and expect service providers to manage billings appropriately and correctly.

I've constantly been trying to get through the customer service line to properly rectify my issue but nobody picks up and I find it appalling that nobody picks up after 6 mins of holding on. You expect this kind of service from a government public service line but surprisingly their service is much better and responsive. This is been going on now for almost 3 weeks just to try and get hold of somebody.

Seems like once they get the sale they forget about customer after service which we the consumers suffer later!!
