Call centre not responding

I have been trying Altech Netstar customer service number for over 2 days and having to hold for 5 mins or more at a time. Last week I paid up my arrears and all i need to do is to re-activate my account. When I called last Friday, the person responsible was not in the office and was told to call on Monday. I call, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and noone from the customer service line is picking up the phone. Service used to be so efficient, I am getting verry frustrated.
