UNHAPPY CLIENT - BAD SERVICE

Sometimes when our alarm is activated accidentally, and you try and call in to the call centre to advise them that all is in order, the calls are: 1. Not Answered; 2. Dropped; 3. Phone lined are not working.
This has happened often in the last few months and despite numerous telephone calls to inform them of this, nothing has been done.
When your alarm does go off (accidentally and you cannot get through to advise them of this) the response vehicles can take upto 15 minutes to get to you. Is this because the call centre is in Cape Town???
Despite leaving numerous messages to get answers regarding this, nobody has bothered to return my call.
Maybe it is time to change security companies!!!???
