Cannot contact or communicate with ADT

I had a burglary in May where the alarm went off & panic buttons were pressed & ADT didn't show up. A week after the incident, (after laying complaints with & no assistance from ADT to rectify the situation), I appointed a new security company (who assisted in that same burglary that ADT didn't react to). I gave my 20 days notice in accordance with Annexure B of the Consumer Protection Act to cancel my contract with ADT. I also laid a complaint with the National Consumer Complaints board for the gross negligence that may have cost lives. I am still having funds deducted from my account. On 8 September (4 months after removing ADT's radio), I received a call to inform me that they have noticed a signal failure. 4 MONTHS!! I requested that a manager contact me & no one has. I received another account today, and the email states that I can call 0861212400 (option 5) for assistance. THERE IS NO OPTION 5. I waited 15 minutes with no answer, and at the prompt left my number to be contacted back. If there is any form of management at ADT, I request that someone contact me so that I may sort the issue out, and hopefully never have to deal with such a pathetic company again
