ADT does not want my money!!! 1

I have signed up with ADT 2 years ago, 6 months from my activation, my account was no longer active, I have been handed over to attorneys, after paying this account in full i have been trying to reinstate this service since last year with not one competent person to help me, i have been put on hold between 10 and 15 minutes telephonic ally, been rooted to the attorneys today only to find out they have not given adt an update on my profile and still the attorney stated that i owe the R10 000 of which is absolute rubbish, i have been dealing with people of no skill and knowledge of this industry and terms and conditions and still not one person could assist me, i have asked to speak to any manager and i was told that every one is a meeting and can not take my call, i was then told i should give them 1 week to sort this issue out... I HAVE GIVEN THEM MORE THAN A YEAR!!! all i want is for my account to be active and i am will to pay for this service as a normal citzen should.
