Eskom account handed over to attorneys

I have been receiving treathening calls and sms's from a sandy michael who works at kwinana attorneys that "my eskom account" is 17 000 in arrears and handed over to them. I told him that i dont have property under my name and that is my parents house whom my dad is late and my mother is 74 years, they should call her and i believe they will not get much from her rather send someone to speak to her. i dont stay in that house anymore and what i know is that elders in our community attended some meeting with eskom reps and the municipality that they agreed to pay a fixed amount of R100 for both rent and electricity which my mom has been paying. she gets pension money and for me to receive an sms onthe 25th march saying" dear maggie, failure to contact kwinana attorneys today at 13h00 regards your eskom account will result in emmediate and drastic legal action being taken against you. sandy michael 0860999941 ref 6888138967 ext2613. this is very threathening to me and today the 2nd april i get another call from the same person with the same threat and i asked them the same question if the property/account is under my name and they could answer, i hung up and asked them not to call me.
