Unauthorised Debit orde

Could someone please explain to me how on earth a debit order was put through my account without my knowledge? I've tried calling your call centre to no avail... it takes one to where you are suppose to eave a message which is just a waste of my time. I need to speak to a person and be assisted to credit my account back with my money!!
