Debiting after contract has expired and cancelled

My contract has expired and fully paid. I advised their consultant prior to it expiring that on its last month that's the last of our business but that was ignored i also sent an email to say i'm terminating but nobody bothered now they are chasing me for a R99.00 how long of this matrix desperate for clients chading us like we owe them. this is why i'm moving to a better service provider.
