Immpossible to cancel service

I cannot understand the billing system the a aging does not work, tried to cancel service end last year and complained on Hellopeter, they convinced me to stay on and now the same problem always seem to be behind and I refuse to go back on debt order, where I'm simply billed varying amounts. sent confirmation of cancellation and request of final settlement to Tserengoa, Masefako on the 17th - no response,
called the call centre 4 times today and AFTER spinning the whole story was told to wait for Cancellations only to wait 10 min on each occasion then cut-off. on the last call I asked Brendan to send a mail to them to call me and put me through to a supervisor, again 10 min then cut-off.

Please send me a final settlement ammount, which i WILL eft immediately and confirmation that i am done for good with ADT.
