BAD SERVICE ON URGENT JOB

I have been trying to contact a technician since 1 August. On 16 Aug i finally got a sms confirming an appointment on 19 Aug. The technician was over an hour late. I was promised a quotation within 24 hours - IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS!!! Still no response. I have contacted the technician numerous times with no response.
