Good day

i have 2 chubb systems on my name and they both deduct from different accounts. last year i changed my bank account for one system and i informed chubb of the changes but they still debited the wrong bank. then they started debiting both systems from one bank account instead of two and i it took them forever to fix the error. my alarm system in not functioning for past 4 months and i was told i should pay about R600 for them to service it which i think its a total rip off. lastly for the past two months they havent deducted sent an email to enquire and im still waiting for them to respond and next they'll be telling me im owing them an arm and a leg yet they fail to assist with a query. i've had enough of this bad service!!!
