Still no response

I phoned ADT to cancel my policy after I investigated other options in my area. They then extended the offer to reduce my current monthly payment by 20%. The operator said that I would be contacted shortly to finalize the reduced rate. Bear in mind that this is after she kept me on the line for 13 minutes on an expensive 0861 Maxicall number. It is a week later and I have still not been contacted, despite the fact that I have tried to phone them again, the call was not answered and I then made use of the function to be called back. Still no call/feedback of any sort.
