Bad after sales service

Mr Bezuidenhout installed a security gate in November 2012. In January the one hinge came loose and after numerous calls and promises, he himself (not workers) did some welding The next day I called him to notify him the gate is welded skew and would not open with ease. He again promised to take care of the problem but again it is only promises. I now have to pay another contractor to finish the work
