Poor customer service and bad quality products

I bought Sliding Gates (Welding) and Gate Motor products & services (Incl Installation) from Ketani Construction - Owned by Neo Ramaphakela and paid fully - R11, 700.00. The material used is not satisfactory. One can easily cut the whole interior of the gate with a pair of scissors to gain access into the premises. The gate motor deteriorated within a week. Neo was informed and he always promise to come and fix the problem but never fulfils his promises. For a month now, I've been trying to get Neo to sort out the problem, but in vain. I am currently seeking Legal Advise.
