Does anyone in Maxidor know what is going on?

I explained to Lebogang from the call centre that I moved into a new home where there were existing Maxidors in place, the previous owner had not been there long but I could not be sure how old the doors were or if they were under warranty. I asked that the doors be SERVICED and mentioned that there was a small piece broken at the bottom of one door. I was assured that the doors would be serviced and the technician had parts to fix the problem. I received the invoice which stated "SERVICE" R285 which I paid immediately.
After the 'service' I realised that the 'technician' had done nothing. I called Lebogang who quickly put me through to Clinton who exlpained that it was just a call out and they used a subcontractor and they would need to go out again to fix the problem and it would cost me an additional R795.By now I was very upset, this was not my understanding at all. Clinton then revised the price to R518.
A second visit happened today, Devan called me and said he is sure the doors are under warranty and that the work requested was not required. A few moments later after talking to Head Office he changed his tune and he cannot do the work before I pay. What is going on Maxidor?
