Maxidor
Locked out of my apartment but I have keys?!

So I had my maxidor installed in June of this year at my apartment. I went to the gym and locked my door as usual. However I came home and find myself unable to unlock my maxidor despite having the key. Why should I have to pay an additional 650 rand to have a locksmith unlock my door when I have the key? What's the point having one of these doors if I can't get into my place with the key. The worst thing about this is there isn't even a number to call after hours.

If your doors are so perfect I understand you not having an after hours call number. Obviously they aren't I really hope someone sorts this out.
