ADT has my deposit and to me

I have previously laid a complaint outlining ADT's of my deposit, only after my complaint on hello peter did they jump and make promises as to when I would receive repayment of my deposit. Mr. Patrick Govinden assured me in writing that I would receive my deposit at the latest the 12 Aug 2013. Unsurprisingly that was a complete and blatant lie, I am still waiting on my deposit to be paid.

I have all correspondence in writing and I will share that with anyone who will take responsibility for this matter. Their useless customer service rep called me after my last hellopeter complaint. I told her I would not talk about the situation on the phone and she must get in touch with me via email so all correspondence can be in writing. I am still waiting for that email.

I have already threatened taking this matter to the police and ADT is making the decision very easy at this point.

I implore anyone considering using ADT services to reconsider and go to a different service provider, ADT is is unscrupulous and disgusting. They will jump through hoops to make the sale thereafter they want nothing more to do with you.
