ADT POOR SERVICE

I requested a installation to be done for additions to my alarm system, over the phone i was quoted 1hr labour, and additional cost for cabelling and possibly a mag or 2... i said ok go ahead and install as my usual installer charges R1100.00... they then do the installation add unnecessary additional equipment and bill me over R4000.00.. it is now august 2013 i have been quering this account at my cost since end April 2013., everyone has phoned me from adt but nobody has ever resolved and i keep on getting passed on.. how u supposed to protect my families lives if you cant sort out my account...
