Tracker Connect

In April 2011 i sold my car BMW 116i and informed tracker accordingly. At the same time i took another contract with them for my new car BMW 320i.
To my surprise they continue to bill me and insist that i must pay them the balance of the outstanding contract money for the car which i informed them has been sold.
