Pathetic Service

I receive 2 accounts for one body corporate. In July there were communication between myself and Ruby Pillay (senior credit controller) who said that I MUST CONTACT Joey Combrink (who was copied in the communication and I said I will not contact him - he can contact me as I have wasted alot of time and money trying to sort your peoples mess out). I'm still waiting. Now I contact ADT and I have been put through from Anele to Nobani to Keketso and no-one can help me... 20 minutes later!!! PATHETIC!!!
