Exorbitant Cancellation Fee

I am not pleased with the Cancellation amount on my contract. I have always been a loyal customer and has also had my new car installed with a new tracking device. The removal fee was too expensive and my previous vehicle was in an accident. Is there anyway of this cancellation fee being lowered or removed at all? Please advise kindly. Thanks in advance.
