No response to overpayment, refund requests

End June there was a slip of the finger and by accident we paid our ADT payment twice.
When I first contacted I was told they only received one payment.
Requested I send proof - I sent a copy of the payment and a copy of the bank statement. No response
Week later I contacted them again... No response. Week later same story... No response. Now I am irritated, then I was told the person dealing with my account has been off a few days and they will send my request to her supervisor. Needless to say... I got no response... Contacted both supervisor and accounts Thursday 1 August and what do you know NO RESPONSE. Again last night I contacted both again and STILL NO RESPONSE!!!
I find this unacceptable, I might be a small fry in their big pond, but is it to much to drop me a simple one line mail giving me an answer. BAD BAD BAD communication and Business Ethics from ADT...
I want my refund please, you owe me at least that.
