On the 18th June I paid my abnnual fee based on a statement that the sent me via email on the 12th June. On thursday the 24th July my son gets a call and my accpount is discussed with him along the lines thta i have not paid. There are two issues. 1. They have no right, i beleive it is against the law, to speak to a third party about my business with them. 2. Clearly they did not bother to check before starting collection procedures by contact me either in one of three way, my email, my land line or my mobile. All of which they have on file.

On the 25th July i sent them a copy of my EFT slip proving that i had paid. To date no reponse. On the 29th July i used their web site to try and get some reaction. You get an automated response that states that you will be contacted within 24 hours. Again no response.

How on earth does is an international company allowed to treat its customers with absolute cntempt. Reading Hello Peter i am surprised that they are still in business.
