I contacted chubb about a month and informed them that we will be moving on the 27 of july and want them to remove and reinstall my alarm system. I did this way ahead of schedule so to have them do this on the 26th as I still have to do repairs after they remove the system and will not have time at a later stage. I saw their consultant who gave a quote. I them paid them and the consultant said I will be contacted to set up an apointment.By the 24th I have not heard from them and contacted their offices where they informed me they are fully booked for the 26 and they will only come on the 27th. Now I have to deal with moving and fixing at the same time and still cleanafterwards. I contacted them way ahead of schedule to avoid this.
