Hello..Anybody home??

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Been with them since 2008. Never hear from them ever, not even to let me know that my monthly debit order is about to increase... never mind anything else. Anyway my MX1 unit has stopped responding apparently, so I have 3 choices: Do nothing, Replace the unit with an updated model, or go elsewhere. Well I am choosing to go elsewhere (wonder why), so I phoned in and asked what the procedure was to cancel my contract. I was informed that I needed to email [Email Removed] which I did. Guess what? Haven't heard from them. Nada. Niks. Nothing. No acknowledgement of my email at all. So am I on the list to be cancelled? Have I been cancelled? Who knows? Because this company just doesn't communicate to its customers. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT THE IS GOING ON WITH MY CANCELLATION PLEASE. I DON'T WISH TO SPEND ANOTHER CENT WITH YOU.
