Help in saving our dog's life

I received a very concerned call from the ADT control room, letting me know that our neighbour had heard our dog crying and they had seen she was stuck in the gate.
They called me and asked if I could please come home urgently to help free her. The control room then contacted our neighbour letting her know that i was heading home but to please let them know if we needed any assistance.
We had to get our vet out to try and free our dog and they said that if we had only found her that evening once getting home, she probably would not have made it.
A huge thank you to ADT for using their initiative and assistance in getting our dog help in time.
