Harassed by guard this morning

On the morning of the 20th of March 2013, i drove towards the office park on corner new road and 6th. I needed to drop someone off to go into the car dealer on the same street hoping to U-turn back onto new road.

The road being blocked by the guards, making the u-turn impossible, the only way Back to new road was through the office park.

I asked one of the guards to press the green entry button to open the boom gate he refused to open instead continued to ask why i was going into the office park. I must mention that no one else going into the office park had to provide a reason.

I eventually lifted myself out of the window of my car to press the button to open, the guard uttered insults some of which i could not hear, he locked the exit boom gate again muttering insults about "the new south africa and women having no respect for security guards".

I was kept waiting at the exit boom for about 15 minutes. Listening to this person hurling insults, and speaking to his friends about an apology that i owe him for having no respect for him as a guard.

I was treaded differently, apparently for not showing enough respect.
I need to know what action will be taken by servest.
