ADT does not keep promises and refuses to call bac

ADT promised us 3 free months on our billing after we accepted a quote from them and can you believe it, Rene never actioned this, we being billed as per normal and no matter how many emails are sent and calls are made nobody calls back... really had enough of your companys bad service, maybe you dont need to look after your cleints. I just really would like to speak to someone who will be able to sort this mess please...
