Paid up account

I used ADT and paid up the outstanding amount before i moved to Ermerlo they did send me a letter to state that the account has been paid up i did send the letter to GBM lawyers a few times and unfortunatly lost it after a while.
Last week i got a ITC reprt and see that i got a judgement against my name.i tried to contact GBM attorneys but the number does not exist.

how do i clear my name from ITC??
