Horrendous Service

I registered a request with the department on Wednesday the 26th, by Friday apart from a phone call from a very confused call centre agent who had no idea what she was doing nor what was to be done I still do not have a removed unit nor installed one.

The agent promised a call back shortly which became an empty promise.

Thanks Tracker keep up the useless service.
