On 20 April 2013 ADT replaced my keypad and charged me R2, 234-74. It was subsequently found that the fault was not the keypad and on 16 May they re-installed my old keypad and took their one back. Eventually on 30 May, after numerous calls, Kuben from ADT said they would refund the full amount of R2, 234-74. To date, ie 26 June, I have still not received my refund.
