Treats Clints with no respect

I have logged calls for ADT to upgrade mu system and every time they come out, they get it wrong. I have complained numerous times and no one is assisting. The last time they called and scheduled that a technician would come out have complete the job on Friday the 14th June at 9am. to date no one has come out. I am absolutely frustrated with their services and will be looking at moving to another company if this is not resolved. From day one I have experienced nothing but bad services and it is not acceptable.
