6 Months and still not working

It is now 6 months since I reported my alarm not working, every time I report it, I get told that it will be sorted out and then nothing happens.

My insurance requires that my alarm is in full working condition at all times otherwise i will not be covered.

I am extremely disappointing in the service up to now.

And for some reason I am still paying for something I am not receiving.
