NO RESPONSE FROM ADT

I have two issues with ADT.

1. Two voicemails do not constitute a response to my complaint here:

I have not received any further communication regarding this complaint.

2. Broonhilda - you are guilty of falsifying a report, which is, which is against the law.
I responded to your mail and you did not see fit to warrant a response.
